Job Overview

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy

  • Develop and achieve team KPIs and overall business growth.
  • Identify, prospect, develop and increase new business opportunities aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Develop mid- and long-term growth strategy focus on profitability and customer’s satisfaction, and proactive in hands-on implementation
  • Identifies and analyse customer needs and develop solutions adapted to client expectations.
  • Anticipates evolution of customer demands and translate those into service offerings.
  • Identify and respond to commercial tenders and bids.
  • Preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to all levels of customer engagement.
  • Develop and build strong long-term partnerships with key industry partners that contribute a significance in growing near and long-term sales.
  • Develop and build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients that contributes significantly to sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and report competition activity and keep up to date on market conditions and product development.
  • Attend events, exhibitions, seminars, and webinars to connect with existing and new customers to develop opportunities.
  • Gather feedback on product/solutions offerings to prospect new business opportunities.
  • Report weekly/monthly and when as required on sales progress and customer’s updates.
  • Gain insights and business intelligence on industrial/sector developments
  • Channel leads to the sales team and propel the closure of prospective leads
