- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning & basic Accounting.
- Coordinate office management activities and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Ensure and handle Employee Benefits (SOCSO, KWSP )
- Knowledge of basic account and prepare payment voucher for any financial transaction or related etc.
- Answer ( handling communication with the client if have any inquiries) screen and transfer an inbound phone call.
- Assist in ad hoc assignments assigned by the management.
- working hours 8 am - 5 pm
- able work OT requested.
- Admin skill : Ms Office & Excel
