Job Overview

Job Description 

  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning & basic Accounting.
  • Coordinate office management activities and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office 
  • Ensure and handle Employee Benefits (SOCSO, KWSP )
  • Knowledge of basic account and prepare payment voucher for any financial transaction or related etc.
  • Answer ( handling communication with the client if have any inquiries) screen and transfer an inbound phone call.
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments assigned by the management.

Requirement : 

  • working hours 8 am - 5 pm
  • able work OT requested.
  • Admin skill : Ms Office & Excel
