Job description

We are looking for Interns for Human Resource department to assist in daily HR operation or recruitment & selection.

Main Job Tasks:

A) HR Operation

  • To prepare HR documents for the staffs such as MCO Travel Letter, Confirmation Letter, Transfer Letter etc.
  • To prepare the name card for the staffs
  • Assist the team in covering front desk if necessary
  • Assist in payroll/claim key in if needed
  • Ensure all the relevant listing/documents are organized and updated
  • Support the team in any HR project and any other ad-hoc task

B) Recruitment

  • To participate in recruitment process
  • To arrange and coordinate interviews for interns and junior candidates
  • To conduct interviews for Interns
  • To sourcing for more potential candidate
  • To create job advertisement poster in social media
  • To assist in onboarding
  • Assist the team in covering front desk if necessary
  • Support the team in any HR project and any other ad-hoc task

Requirements:

  • Studying Bachelors/Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administrative/Psychology or relevant courses.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
  • Good in Microsoft Word
  • Detail-oriented, solid communication skills, strong organization skill, fast learner, able to adapt in fast-paced working environment
