IT Specialist - Mobile Application (Senior)

Job Overview

Play a key role in the design and development of cross platform mobile solutions. Some of these applications are deployed globally in 100+ countries. You will be instrumental in helping us to make a successful transition to a Xamarin/C#/.NET development environment as well as to implement new cloud based mobile testing tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test and maintain mobile applications using Xamarin / C# for both iOS and Android.

2. Help us implement manual & automated testing into our development process. Experience with the Perfecto test suite a plus.

3. Knowledgeable with iOS and Android

Qualifications

1. Passionate about mobile

2. Min 3 years of solid experience with mobile app development (iOS & Android. Windows mobile a plus).  Including technical design, mobile application architectures, design patterns, UI/UX and app store submission requirements.

3. Xamarin development experience.  Knowledgeable of Xamarin Forms. Certified Xamarin Developer a plus.

4. Experience with other mobile development languages such as Swift, Objective C, Javascript

5. Experience with JSON, XAML/XML, and Web Services

6. Understanding of Team Foundation Services (TFS) 2015 and comfortable developing in a small team environment.

7. Exposure to Mobile Enterprise Security and working with Vulnerability Testing Teams a plus.

8. Ability to quickly learn and understand internal systems, procedures and methodologies.

9. Must have excellent communication skills and having team spirit.

10. Able to lead and coach junior developers.
